How does pay-as-you-go pricing work?

A successful action is one that fully completes on the target server. Failed or incomplete runs are not charged — you only pay for results that land.

Yes. Upload and edit 1m/3m tokens and proxies in the Files tab (one value per line), save from the UI, and run boosts or joins without SSH or scattered tools.
Is my bot token and owner data kept secure?
Owner IDs and bot tokens stay server-side. Credentials are not exposed to the browser beyond what you need to operate the dashboard.
